She has developed the ability to counter these attacks and channel her energy to make her feel good about herself and develop good relationships with her kids, friends and other members of her family. She knows how to manage stress. Life’s changes do not affect her for she has learned to accept things she can’t change. She lives a well-balanced life; she works hard but knows how to rest and relax. You may notice that you are able to solve a seemingly difficult problem when you’ve had a good night sleep. You need to get fresh air and sunlight. A fifteen minute walk in the park every morning will do you wonders. Not only will you get some exercise but the increased amount of oxygen transported to your body cells will provide you energy and clarity of mind. Sunlight aids in the production of vitamin D which is essential in building our bones and keeping our skin healthy. Enjoy sunlight's psychological effect - have a happy mood.
